WoWo's oki is good against raven because raven has neither an invincible wakeup or more importantly a good back dash. A good back dash greatly decreases the effectiveness of WoWo's oki & pressure games. F3 crossups can be blocked on reaction& if the otg divebomb is blocked she still has to guess if the oppenent will back dash or not.
Well MB shield bash is good for chip

The whip gets backdashed. Her midscreen oki sucks if you have don't have a shitty backdash pretty much.

If you are letting a Joker fuck you up on wake up you are either unfamiliar with the MU or are not pushblocking and continuously wake up. One of the things that makes WW so strong, especially in the Joker MU is the fact that she builds meter and doesn't need it which totally negates most of Jokers setups. Her mobility is ridiculous to the point in which she doesn't have to deal with Jokers jump ins, she can close space fast and quick and she can whiff punish the FUCK out of Joker which means Joker has to commit and hope he gets the hit. Theres so many reasons why this MU is 7-3 you don't even know.
Should you have to learn a dirty counter? Also people using side characters because they think they're going to be a bad MU for someone's main is a little insulting to your opponent, probably not securing you the best chance of victory either.
