Injustice VITA Frame Rate Issues w/ certain stages

Possible warning to PS Vita owners looking to purchase Injustice: Gods Among Us for their hand-held. It appears that the game, on certain reported stages i.e. Gotham City, Wayne Manor, there are frame drops when playing the game. This means it'll appear that the game is slightly lagging when playing. So basically, any stage with lots going on in the background... makes the game lag. Pig of the Hut and Scoot Magee mention some of their concerns with the game, followed by many other comments giving similar feedback. ~ STORMS

"Just pick Martian Manhunter on Gotham and Wayne Manor, Do OH teleport and watch the frames go bye-bye on hit. I've only tried these two stages but this is absolutely annoying, it's not even like a few or couple. This product isn't for a person who is trying to practice other characters or learn.

I have heard other people mention framerate drops on certain levels.
They probably should have removed more shit from the background.

Question since you have it, is the pushblock glitch in this version of the game?

Yes on certain levels it's non existent, but on some it's almost unbearable. For example in Classic Battle mode the stage with Doomsday in the background is the worst!

Same here. I was expecting MK9 Vita smoothness and it is nowhere close (depending on the stage). Maybe they can patch it?

Same here. I feel like maybe they should did some tweaking to the backgrounds. Atlantis works fine for me, but Gotham Rooftop is horrible. It's like half the stages work, the other half don't. It's kind of annoying seeing as though I bought my Vita just for this game because I had that much faith in it.

Also when you're playing as GL when you do a MB OR rocket the frames drop regardless of the stage.

rpg Excuse my French, but fuck Xbox & Microsoft. I should have a PS4 by Tax season amongst other things. It's not a HUGE problem for me... But these ads are. This shit is getting ridiculous.

I thought it was just me lol! Thankfully though, I don't know if it is like this for anyone else, but I can still perform all of my combos with the frame drops(unlike the PS3 version, where it gets so bad to where all of my combos fucking drop). The frame drops I have experienced aren't as severe as the PS3 version, but they are consistent and VERY noticeable(especially during some transitions). Has anyone tried online?

It hasn't been to the point to where I drop combos, but the frame drops occur far TOO OFTEN. And why did they change the special moves to SF style inputs??? And they added in Stance Flip, which wasn't even in the main game and Throws are automatically locked at Square+Cross, you can't change it. I actually like the port, and I can still manage to play, but the amount of frame dropping is quite ridiculous (so much for 60 FPS all the way through with no drops lol).
 
I think it occurs when shit starts happening in the background. Like when buildings crumble and shit which actually happens during combos. It's not unplayable but it is disappointing compared to the mk9 port

Stance flipping is in the main game. :confused: It's assigned to the left trigger by default.

Im on a 10+ streak online and haven't had any problems with framerate or dropping combos. Did you guys update the game to 1.01?

It's infinitely worse than the PS3 version lol
 
I picked the game up on vita today and just thought i'd corroborate. The game lags because of a huge range of things like the background and some move animations like MMH overhead tele or ares godsmack, just going by what i've used so far. it is virtually unplayable as it is with the constant slow down. If it remains like it is the game wont be good for any more than a couple laughs with star labs n stuff. Im hugely disappointed because i was super hype to play injustice on vita. Plz fix ^-^
