Injustice - New Details on Comic Book in Collector's Edition, Will Tell Story Prior to In-Game Event

Some new details have been released today courtesy of TheVerge.com which state that the brand new comic book series that will be included in the Injustice: Gods Among Us Collector's Edition will tell the NetherRealm Studio's version of what happened prior to the events that you will encounter in the game come April 2o13.

Ed Boon said today in Sydney, Australia that NetherRealm Studios essentially wants to do things right and really 'carve their own niche'. Ed also emphasizes once again that the comic book series will be a completely new take on the DC Universe; NetherRealm's version while working with DC Comics.

wait this is the EU collectors edition tho correct? the US version has a way shittier and more one sided statue. or am i mixing these up?

So besides if Green Lantern and MM die, or have a good reason not to be in the game, in that comic then they're pretty much confirmed to be playable.
I even expect one of these two to be next week's reveal.
