Johnny Cage A-LIST: A 5 frame low starter. Safe on block nutpunch. Shadow kick is now +1 on block and is a mid. 1 1 3 string is now +15. Remove all gaps Cage has. STUNT DOUBLE: 4 clones. 2 second recharge. Projectiles in stunt double are now a mid and are as fast as kanos knives. Projectiles on block do 5%. FISTICUFFS: No pushback on block and is now 8 frame startup. Anystring into the chip buff is now +7 on block. Chip buff lasts the whole round. LOLZ Instant top tier

The Fisticuffs buffs are the less crazy among all the others you mentioned xD

If so, I want Kung Jin to appear, but then so does Billy Kane - and a cloud of mayhem ensues. When its finished, Billy Kane walks off and Kung Jin's Bow is up his butt. Then, Kung Jin has to fight his opponent like that... with his stick ... up his butt.

Make Kano command grabs take more priority and don't wiff. Give him anti air grab and he is good to go.

The last 2 in B312 is now an overhead.
The F4 in 2F4 is now an overhead
B1 is now +1 on block (Commando and Cybernetic)
112 has no gap in between the second 1 and 2 and doesn't whiff on crouching opponents

Breaking Cybernetic Kano

B13 + Throw and B23 + Throw = is now +11 on hit and restand (vortex properties)
Mid knives now deal 2% more damage

Breaking Commando Kano

B31, 4, B13, 112 canceled into command grabs are now Tick-throws on block.
32 + Throw + MB doesn't scale at all and deals 18% damage while popping the victim up in the air.

Breaking Cutthroat Kano

F212 is neutral on Block
B1 Range is increased and safe on block
DD3 EX gives a 50% damage increase AND no health loss
F21, F4, B121 can be cancelled into DD3 EX to create block strings.

Those buffs would make Kano virtually S Tier.

For Kenshi:
Teleflurry is now -5 on block.
EX TF launches and has a hit of armor.
Telelfurry has 20 frames recovery.
Shoulder is 10 frames, is -10 and has insane pushback.
OH slash is +40 on hit and EX version launches
All OH slash versions are 15 frames and track (no more close, mid, far crap)

Blood God is simple. Multiple totems out at one time (and stack like Sorcerer Quan glitch), infinite time on them, good wakeup reversal. GGs, cannot be topped.

1% damage full combos on him. 487% uppercut punish on you.

Shatter Cancels from all major strings (f12,f121, 21d2u2, 21d2, b12, b1d4, b1d4u4, 123, b23) are +2 with no pushback
b1 is an Overhead
f2 has literally any use
d4 is 0 on block
f4 is a hard knockdown
212 pops up and is special cancelable
EX Rock Drop is + enough for a full screen run in combo
EX Ground Pulse pops up in the corner (@MK9Jax)
Rock Toss and EX Rock Toss come out in 15 frames
Stone Punch is 0 on block
-stone strike (db2u is -5 on block)
-stone smash(db2d is -5 on block with no gaps when cancelled)
EX Stone Punch has armor if held and for a short duration if run cancelled (@MK9Rain) *this may be in the game already idk
Rolling Stone has no gaps in block strings and is -4 on block
Throw guarantees EX Ground Pulse or Rock Drop
Tremor given a projectile parry/absorb/reflect
-EX Reflect regenerates 10% health
Tremor given an alternate costume of Dwayne Johnson

air Earth Shake comes out in 6 frames (instant airs, baby)
Earth Shake stays on screen if Tremor Blocks
Earth Shake can be triggered before the timer if Tremor presses LT/L2 (like Quan)
EX Ground Pulse and Ground Pulse automatically activates Earth Shake (get it, cuz its an AFTERSHOCK..?)
Stone Shatter is always -4 on block

All major strings cancelled into Lava/Gold Skin are 0 on block

GOLD:
Any Gold Punch (db1) is a frame trap with either Rock Drop or Rolling Stone at fullscreen
-Gold Punch is now -4 on block
Arcing Gold (db1u) hits overhead on the way down
Gold Skin has a new special (dbf2) Midas Touch command grab that puts opponent fullscreen and allows EX Ground Pulse or Rock Drop
-command grab tick throws from f1, f12, 21, 21d4, and all low pokes
-command grab has a brutality on it (like everything else Tremor has)
-EX Midas Touch behaves like an Ice Ball and allows for a follow up

LAVA:
Magma Shatter is +15 on hit
EX Magma Shatter is +25 on hit (free jump in)
Magma Shatter is always -4 on block
Command Grab added to Magma as well
-functions similar to Sun God Kotal Kahn's with 3 levels
--Each level grants a damage buff to all lava based specials

Variation renamed to "Krystalline"
Summon Krystal now -4 after block strings
-can summon near, mid, and far Krystals
-Only Tremor can use his Krystal
-Krystal stops running and does DOT (like Erron Black's Caltrops)
-Krystal heals Tremor when he is near it
-Flying Krystal (F+Interact) destroys projectiles
-EX Flying Krystal reverses projectiles mid-flight
-Tremor can now slam his opponents into the Krystal mid-combo (like statue from Kuatan Jungle)
-Krystal can "reload" used interactables when used near an empty one

Krystalization is -4 after block strings
-When Tremor is hit with Krystalization active, he acts as if the attack hit armor and has 0 recovery

-Functions identically to Kotal's Parry but can be held and when the parry is triggered, Krystalization is activated
