The only heal move that has been remotely decent is SG Kotal. You have to spend all your sun levels to get it but hey at least you got that 12% back!! With the new patch it might actually be useful but I doubt it.

If NRS hated heal moves as you suggest, they wouldn't be in the game. 12% healing is better than the 0% healing of everyone else.
