Question How would the NW community feel about making a massive guide?

I think, if this is going ahead, we should make a list of things to include, for example:
- Basics?
- Frame data
- Movement (Dash speed etc...)
- Footsie tools
- Rushdown (Frame-traps etc...)
- Zoning game
- Combos (BnBs, optimal combos etc...)
- A universally agreed upon MU Chart w/ Thorough explanations for each character
- Setups (Safe jumps, Quickstand etc...)
- Oki Pressure (Reversing wakeups etc...)
- Issues (Whiffing mids, Flipkick etc...)
- Our wakeups
- Common baits & reads (Ground spark dash cancel ~ J3 Wingdings etc...)
- Punishing

The list goes on and on... It really depends on how thorough you guys want this guide to be

Stand 1 in staff is great for footsies, great for dash ins, awesome in pressure, and has multiple strings off of it. B2 for range, well spaced anti airs, tons of setups, and in general being like the only good normal he has in escrima.

I think it sort of limits what you do. You also need to be in escrima for certain matchups like Killer Frost, Batgirl and someone else idk.

It's non canonical. It's a weapon Dick Grayson has no experience in using unless you count Teen Titans cartoons when he was Robin. Even when Dick was Robin he never used staff, he used bolas, wing dings, tasers, grapple hook, wrist darts, batclaw; mad gadget based. NW using staff is like Deathstroke using Escrima sticks.

Not only that, most importantly; staff goes against NW's fighting style. His style has a flowing, free form style of acrobat with mixed martial arts + mad hops. NW can jump like Michael Jordan even better. In IGAU, he jumps like Brian Scalabrine.

What I think limits you is the concept of not using a certain stance cause it limits you.

You definitely don't want to ever discourage the use of his best stance for the sake of variety and swag.

I like this guide set up.

I think we can save the MU talk for another thread because this game is so deep with MUs. It'll be a HUGE guide if do add MU discussion in it.
