How to get these SCORPION SKINS?

Pure Vengeance and Slow Burn. It says ToT but I only ever get useless augments Any idea what I have to do to get these skins? I already completed the 5 character stages...

Have you completed the gauntlet tower? Same scenario happened with me with Kano and the ToT skins I was missing were found in the gauntlet towers. Doing those towers was the only way I could unlock them

Yes. I completed the Gauntlet.

Ok. Only other thing I can think of is those summoned towers you can do (top right corner platform). I know there is one that has a scorpion skin. I don't remember which one though.

Pure Vengeance is in a TOT called "Twisted Vengeance."
Slow Burn was in the Twitch Rivals TOT a while back. No other known appearances.

Not currently, no. It is a Kombat Pack exclusive.
