Set the AI to record both a regular teleport and a MB teleport and block afterwards, do random playback. You'll see that if you block the regular teleport, you have enough time to wait to see if the EX one pops out to punish. Thanks Tom Brady.

you don't have to pay too much attention to your metermanagment. there is not much downside to just throw ex moves out.

Unless you can now wake up without offensive meter or do a good bnb lol.

But the downside is much better now as you gain meter by time and not by chip damage or got damage. It helps playing more patient without downside (e.g blocking will not help the attacker twice : chip+meter).
