Cyrax wiffs with the following moves alot, be sure to punish.

B1-2+4
F13 at max range
1 wiffs females alot mids creen
F21 wiffs at max range when opponent is crounchd, may be a female thing.

and sometimes when Cyrax uses tele in combo, it glitches and gets him stuck for almost a full second.

Smoke's smokebomb (besides being able to Armor before it comes out) can also be punished by several (not all) characters by NJP, I feel like this isn't common knowledge even though it's been like that since day 1. Alternatively, both normal and EX Smoke Bomb can be backdashed.
Also, it's not well advised to neutral duck Smoke's f43 as he can mix up with f4d1 or f42, but definitely important information for the other variations. Cool stuff, Pig.
