Learn what strings are interruptible and how to interrupt them. A good Batman player will be able to work around this, but if you can't interrupt 113 and 223 then they will exploit your lack of knowledge and both strings are very good if you can't deal with them.
Work on blocking crossups and seeing his, I'm sure you know his crossup is VERY effective.
A big part of beating Batman is having good enough reaction time. None of his strings start high but b112 ends high and so does 113 and b23. His f3 is pretty decent but definitely reactible. Batman relies more on pressure than high-low mixup so with familiarity of his strings you can almost eliminate that part of his game, but he can still cancel into his slide so that can be hard to deal with, but most would ageee the risk is simply not worth the reward most times.
