Here's a double-feature on the new Outtake Johnny variation, which has increased his anti-air damage, and made hitconfirming 12 even more rewarding. In this video, I'll demonstrate why it's important to hitconfirm 12, and how to achieve optimal damage off of your anti-air normals, using Outtake Johnny's high fireball amplify.

His antiairs do roughly the same without spending a bar, it's a trickier input on a reactionary input.

Basically spending a bar at much higher difficulty for about 20-30 damage.

That's true, but this is about doing that comparable damage while also being able to get nut punch for midsceen pressure, which there is otherwise no way to do.
