Question Hawkgirl vs Green Arrow

I've recently been playing online matches with a couple of green arrows and have noticed the absolete air control they have against Hawkgirl. Maybe I am playing the matchup wrong but trying to get in against Arrow with her, is kinda weird. Obviously, I do D1 + IAD3 to avoid a lot of his shenanigans, but GA players get me with the anti-air Arrow shot. Any suggestions on how to deal with such air control and options against him?

Trait and throw air throw mace. When he tries to shoot a arrow in the air, drop down from trait as soon as arrow is shot. The arrow will miss clean. After that you have to go strait to WE(3). It covers the most distance out of all WE and will get you right by GA which is where you wanna be. From their mixup with high lows. Also when you get a hard knockdown, he will often wakeup with that back arrow shot. WE(3) will beat it clean 90% of the time, plus it will keep pressure on GA.
