Cool. My strategy is pretty simple. Block his mixup by fuzzying low, high, low and punish Scorpion until he is scared to do all his unsafe shinanigans (Helffire I am much more aggressive against). Try to anti air crossovers and work him towards the corner, where I bait him to teleport (punish with 123, bazoonka cancel, run, reverse grab to keep in corner) or try to jump out (D2 into full corner combo). After a few matches, Scorpion players usually stop doing unsafe movesets at every opportunity and then I put my traditional pressure on. Mid screen, F21 is a really good option. If it connects I'm plus 1 on block or + a ton on hit. If Scorpion teleports before my F2 can get there, my forward momentum puts me too far away for him to connect and I recover my whiff slightly faster than he does.
