Oh boy she gets a d1 check on only half the cast due to whiffing issues. And B2 is 13 frames so if she tries doing that again afterwords everyone's d1 beats her cause it's 11 frames of start up.

B2 gunshot on block is not a problem.

Listen saying "Oh boy she gets a D1 check and if she tries to loop it she gets beat out it's not a problem" is basically saying "my plus frames aren't brain dead, must be bad" sure you have whiffing issues, but one, the OP is suggesting those get fixed so i was addressing that point. Second, you know what conditioning is right? Like Sloth I know you're smart dude, you know how that works. Her being able to be plus off of a low option, is dumb no matter what way you put it.

i was gonna post a long winded post about how the plus 2 on block isn't a huge game changer for her and it doesn't help her. But I don't care enough to deal with you cause I know you won't get it and it's waste of my time.

Gunshot is literally her whole offense game, if you take that away she would lose extremely bad against Dr. Fate and Deadshot.

She gets a D1 check and then it's your turn since D1~Tantrum stance is not even a blockstring, also it's not like she has + on block unreactable 50/50's.

Not to mention that she has to sacrifice damage for the + frames AND against some characters it just straight up whiffs, against others it randomly whiffs.

TBF, harley is great, she needs a couple bug fixes but other than that she's a great character overall, not top tier, but balanced and honest for sure.

1) Fix her pop pop, it's a mid, make it a mid
2) Fix her b2 df1 so it doesn't whiff on some characters
3) Make her b22 not whiff on floaty characters
4) Make her TS 2 actually useful for something, don't care what just make it worth using.
5) Make MB Play Doctor take a life bar

She had a new string in this game; I think it's 2f3 and it's -51 and leads to absolutely nothing.....what is the point of this string? Pls if it's -51 make it plus 1287 hit adv if you connect it so you can go download some porn or movies to mess up your ping before you come back and decide what to do on oki....otherwise it's useless.

I would like the 2F3 string to have an use as well, I would love for it to be a mid instead of an overhead but please give it some use, same for tantrum stance 2 :(

I mean, the overhead is reactable anyways but some people would cry so make it a mid but give her more hit advantage or something.

Honestly, I'd be fine with 2f3 if 2d3 was better. That way conditioning would play a bigger role. I've played enough grapplers with unsafe af command throws to know that you can get some real mileage out of the super unsafe, low damaging option.

Granted, I actually do think 2d3 is good, but if it was just a bit less minus, you'd get a more consistent mind game off of it, instead of it really only working against a certain set of characters.
