Tech Going under MMH wake-up Psionic Push!

I really have no idea if this is known or not. I've tested out using D2 and D3 to go under push numerous times with no avail. For some reason while messing with @Youphemism's LK tech I accidentally did a D2 and it went right under push. I guess it's a timing thing.

Does the d2 recover in time to block other wakeups? I'm wondering since it seems the last active frames of the d2 are low-profiling the push.
