Give Noob ALL of the ninja moves and combos.
The only conflicting combos are C-Sub's 4 hit popup and Reptile's 3 hit popup. All the other moves and combos are either common (TP, slide, spear, HK LP popup, etc) or have different animations for the same button presses (HP HP HK b+HK for Reptile and Scorpion)

Since he doesn't have any now... ha.
