That happens all the time when I use Cyrax and can only be done with the "no blood code".

If I successfully end the match with 1 - 2 - 1 - mid bomb (air juggle), the bomb will pick the opponent off the ground and freeze them in the air like poor ol' Freddy.

Rain can also do the same thing with a combo / bubble set-up.
