B3 would only work against full screen leaps which no good jacqui’s would do because its easy punish for any character in the game, and its too slow to interrupt any of her leap pressure up close so that point isn’t valid imo.
Bf2 has a huge gap after canceled from any string that can be interrupted, and even if you don’t interrupt the gap, reversal dash punch punishes his bf2 every time
S44 is the most gimmicky string in the entire game, as you only need to micro duck its first hit and you will either interrupt the full string or punish the stagger alone, which means that you cant keep anyone at bay with it, especially jacqui with her 9f mid.
Idk how a “fantastic u3” makes the slightest difference when talking about match ups, but if you really wanna make it a point than ill go ahead and just say that every single u3 in the game are easily baited and punished, kollector isn’t even on the top tier u3, as it has 29 frames of recovery and if the opponent makes it whiff you are getting punished 10/10 times.
Relying on people “not knowing the mu” is just wrong and you cant make it an argument, especially when talking about mu numbers considering that they are defined by the highest possible level of gameplay.
Kollector’s fastest poke is 8f, jacqui can just steamroll her pressure and he has to hold it all while guessing right on the many options she has after anything she does.
Jacqui wins this mu probably 7-3, at the very best is a 6-4 her favor.
