Flash Quick Cancels How To

The running man is a cool use of mixups but the quick cancel into another attack is difficult to pull off. If anyone could explain to do it so that it's smooth running into any attack like for example HoneyBeeCMNDR use of the flash.

There's not really any trick to it unfortunately, or at least I don't know of one. Just gotta be quick with it. Keep practicing B22 xx DD2 BB D12 until you're beating out Wonder woman's reversal Shield Bash as a start.
