Breakthrough Flash Cyrax OTG

Immediately following the GL otg reset, I found out flash can do it too! Enjoy

Note: MMH can do it too, but his is pointless since he can only otg from low grab when the low grab is the first hit. Its pointless since you can get more damage from the follow up combo

He doesn't even need it. He can hit you with a 62-63% with one bar without that interactable! The damage scaling on that laser is tremendous and the only character who really needs it is probably Green Arrow lol Poor GA.
With that being said, the combo is swaggy.
Now please take the flash to the hall of justice where the rumbas at and try finding some stuff there please and thank you haha

It puts you in what I call an "otg state" where you can block but your still in mid air. With that being the case, interactables such as the fortess and metropolis can cause these properties where you can just instantly tap the interactable and shoot/zap resetting the combo.

Come on @SonicFox5000 , get it right! It isn't Cyrax, it is Smoke's OTG, he is the one who resets with those, Cyrax does a standing reset into unblockable)
