the skins are so much better than the console version

Well, when you play both you unlock pretty much all of them for both ., What I like most about the mobile version is the 3v3 format., The possibilities for co op if implemented in the console version are awesome! However the better thing about console is its a true multi player not ai controlling your team.

I used to play on the ios version. After the recent patch, every time I try to edit my team or buy a character, the app crashes.

Try reinstalling, or submit a ticket, they actually respond pretty quickly to try and help.
