It's impossible to understand something with this poor infos about him.
He could be a really interesting character or a boring add.
Some Cinder vibe and that's so cool!

His look, however, is bad with that sawed cranium with flame.
Glad we have gears.

Wow, shittiest reveal thus far, don't know what the fuck NRS was thinking. Firestorm could have a fine trailer on his own, ugh. From what we've seen, he has Cinder's trailblazer and I know his super is ass. That's literally all I know about the character, I don't even know what to feel.

They showed off a printed copy of his movet, they showed his trait, his super, and even his throw animation.

There is no hint of transmuations in any of it.

He looks like a standard zoner with fireballs, and some traps.

Thats fine, but it's a complete waste of Firestorms powerset to be that fireguy.
Ultimate troll. I'm glad you read all the moves names and know what they did and looked like AND that you know he has frame traps lol. Dead

Edit: Someone pointed out you meant literal traps. Lawl

So much this. Some youtubers love themselves and hearing their cringy voices way too much. Cutting 16bit insight but leaving lame stuff like them acting like paper experts like it's funny or something shows that they didn't deserve to be picked for the reveal.
He's a wrestler, not a YouTuber. Least not a full time YouTuber.

That's what I was thinking! Isn't Firestorm supposed to be a crazy nuclear character who can turn any inorganic substance into any other inorganic substance? I thought the only thing he had to do with actual fire was his name. It feels like whoever designed him didn't know anything about him except for his name. Totally wasted opportunity, which is sad, because Firestorm could have been one of the coolest (ironically...) characters in the game, Now he's just a generic fire character with a goofy-ass face.

Being able to play using DEATHSTORM as a skin will be so hype :) Too bad they fucked up the reveal, those guys have no idea about how to input a special...I didn't understand much really
Completely forgot about Deathstorm. That's gonna be hype af

Here are his powers and abilities:

Firestorm has the ability to rearrange the atomic and subatomic structure of any substance into most anything else, changing the particles of matter & energy to create objects of different atomic characteristics of equal mass. He can not only change and transmute the atomic composition of an object (e.g., transmuting lead into gold of equal mass) but he can also change its shape. He initially could not, however, affect organic matter without painful, even lethal, feedback. As Jason Rusch became Firestorm however, that weakness had all but dissipated. With old and new variations the organic limitation does not extend to his person as he can change himself at will, allowing him to regenerate lost and damaged tissue, boost his immune system, shapeshift, increase his physical capabilities and survive indefinitely without food, water and air. Much like a Green Lantern's limitations, Firestorm can only create items whose workings are understood by the "driver" of the Firestorm matrix. Unlike a Green Lantern's creations, Firestorm's alterations are permanent unless he reverses them.[1] Following Raymond's resurrection during Brightest Day, Firestorm gained the ability to switch "drivers" between Ronnie and Jason at will; before that only the active driver was in control, with the dormant consciousness only able to advise the other on what action to take rather than do anything themselves.

Firestorm has also demonstrated the ability to fly at fantastic (but unmeasured) speeds, to render himself intangible and thereby pass through solid objects harmlessly, to generate destructive and concussive blasts of nuclear fusion energy from his hands, absorb radiation harmlessly, and superhuman levels of strength and resistance to injury enough to challenge New Gods such as Orion, Female Fury Lashina or an empowered Kaliback. During the New 52 the powers of the Firestorm matrix remain the same but now not only can it be shared through multiple users at a time, but through the processes of nuclear fusion with another matrix wielder they can fuse into larger and stronger yet more unstable atomic entities with greatly amplified powers as apposed to the sum total of its individual parts. The entity formed between Ronnie and Jason when using the Matrix in tandem create a nuclear being called The Fury when they pool their resources.

And yet we get this...

And what do you suppose his moveset be? Do you want him to create objects much like The Lanterns already do and copy them? His powers are obviously extremely strong and most of his ability is pretty incomprehensible in a game like this, if he could do a lot of the things his powers allow he'd be overpowered? How does a brawler like Bane or Batman stand a chance against someone who can create concussive blasts of nuclear energy and render themselves intangible?

You have only seen two or three special moves and understand none of their properties when most characters (including extra gear abilities) have like a minimum of 10 special moves?
