I'm platinum mad!
You seem to have forgotten Shinnok is in the game. (And a few other characters for that matter.)
You're also not accounting for variations which may have a massive influence on the matchup.

How do you obtain the numbers, you consider "best" variation of each character (which is always debatable) , or you calculate a mean of all three?

Asking, for example, because you list Kenshi as a losing matchup for HQT. I assume you are only thinking about Possessed. Because the other two variations lose to HQT badly (Balanced vs HQT is a cancerous matchup for Kenshi, easily 7-3 or even 8-2).

Your probably right. I don't play enough leatherface players to call it a 7-3.
I've played the MU a good amount of times and HQT can just maximum disrespect Leatherface to death. He has no really good answers for D4, he gets zoned out really easily, up close not only does he get beat the fuck out of by D4 but D3 but he doesn't even have a good counter poking mid which hurts him a lot in the MU. Icing on the cake HQT out zones the zoner variation. And 16bit said Pretty Lady had possibly the best zoning in the game...

Gunslinger since pre patch (sh/out to The Farmer)
What variations though? Does HQT just win/lose/go even the same way with every variation of a character?

even bo rai cho? i mean i don't play either character but why is it even?
and ferra/torr wins? this is a real eye opener

Yeah I'm talking possessed. That's why I said let me know if you have questions on a matchup. I didn't want to do a super long write up separating each variation.

When Bo gets in it's very hard to get him off you. Ferra torr ruthless is tough to deal with. His damage combined with his frames gives HQT issues. I ran this matchup with bio, he agrees.

Thoughts on Cassie matchup? I consider it 5-5 at worst, possibly 6-4 pred.
HQT loses this matchup 4-6. B1 gives him huge issues. He can zone her but when she gets in it's very hard to get out of her pressure. He also can't throw discs in the neutral. Look up the sonic fox vs destroyer gameplay on Youtube. You'll see what I'm talking about

Can't you zone him out before he gets in? Predator has some of the best zoning and F/T struggles against zoning. Sure up close is a loosing MU but from a far I think Its a winning for predator which might make it a 5/5

0 chance kitana is 5-5
I played this matchup with the top kitana players and I think it's 5-5. Work your way in and pressure with ex dp cancels and safe strings . Don't try to trade fans with lasers. HQT can't do much in the neutral because of the range of f22 and f112. Instead of saying 0 chance, list reasons why you think she loses.

Yes but when he's gets in he's doing 50% + damage off one combo. HQT's zoning is good but if the ft player is blocking low and slowly working his way in, it's not that difficult to get past.

1He outzones her
2 he actually rules the neutral with back 22 into laser pressure.
3 he can pressure without meter better. With the block advantage of his laser cancels and his decent high low game he is more formidable than kit up close.
4 kit needs meter to really mount any decent offense. It's different to get in this matchup due to being out zoned.
5 many of predators moves low profile ex db 2 making it a risk to use due to it's whiff recovery.
6 due to the little recovery on said lasers you usually can't trade with ex lift for any decent damage.
7 difficult to reflect anything. Move is almost useless in this match up
8 ex lasers put a stop to using any version of ex square wave to get in.
9 this is something the entire kitana community agrees on.
10 in my experience playing you liu kang has it much easier than kitana and he is listed as a 6-4.
11 smart disk cannot be reflected
12 smart disk puts a stop to the float to bait an anti air strategy.
