Tech - Dragon Breath F3/B3 Whiff Problems on Small Hurtboxes

If you are not facing the same side of the screen as your opponent B3 Fire Spit whiffs on small bodies. Tested on Mileena, Cassie and Alien.

In the corner, F3 Fire Spit whiffs on Mileena and Cassie 100% of the time.

I tested 1, 12, 121, 1212 and f1 and those all work properly.

First of all, interesting; second of all why did you use DF2?

Is it for testing purposes or are you actually trying to use this move in conjuction with a combo?

cause from what I can see in the frame data the only positive is that it leaves you -4 on block, whis is "safe on block"

I was testing different uses for it.

It can be worthwhile if used in the corner as a combo ender, on hit the opponent is left standing and Bo is +9.. so at the very least you get a bit of free pressure
