Mr. Wizard has recently posted addition information over on Shoryuken including the reservation link as well as how much the rooms will cost during the week and the weekend.

Amazingly, even on the weekend, rooms are looking to be priced at $149, which is quite the steal! Act fast, competitors and spectators!
