Ermacs double TKS question

Hey all,

Just wanna know why when i do a JK,TKS,aaHPaaHP,JK,TKS,aaHPaaHP,JK i sometimes get a 72% whilst other times i get a 44%?

are they in the air when you land the first JK sometimes. Im thinking an aaJK would not start the damange protection like it would if they wre on the ground. Just a guess

If the Jk is too low it activates damage protection.

Thats why with Robo smoke

JK, Teleuppercut, aahp, spear, autocombo is 37%

and

aahp Teleuppercut, aahp, spear, autocombo is 54%
