It seems that bicycle kick ( fbf4 ) and the ex version doesn't build as much meter as before, every second hit builds and its an Dualist nerf aswell..

dont mean this to sound in any way smartass like but were you giving info on whats going to happen to kang and just didnt check did it make it in the beta before posting this? just asking because good few people have stated f213~fbc cancel loops still build meter(also checked myself) and your OP was never editied??
