Electric Fly Stealth Buff?

This is new isn't it? I can't parry electric fly up close (Raiden just keeps traveling instead of behaving as if I blocked it), and in mid ranges I can't parry it at all, I just get hit. I can only parry this now from full screen

I'm pretty sure it used to have the blocking animation if you parried it so I get to punish, but now Raiden just keeps traveling fullscreen and I can't punish him.

This is the behavior if you parry it from fullscreen, I could swear it behaved like this if you parried it anywhere on the screen, but not anymore.
