It comes out at 12:01 am California time. It will be 2:01 Am Chicago time when I can play it. Korea has the game already because it has been the 15th for some time over there. Europe got it about 4 hours ago. We in the US have to wait until midnight California time to play it

I used to watch one of my friends play Diablo 2 so I knew it was a RPG, but I thought with it being online it was now a MMO. Anyway... maybe I can convince my roommate to get it! (lmao) My laptop is old as fuck and can't play any new games, it's basically just good for youtube and porn.

Anyway, he got TOR and let me play it when it wasn't home or wasn't playing. So... maybe... lol

So I can't even install it and log on to play single player?

You can install it now. You were able to install it starting 8 am california time this morning. You have to play on Blizzards servers and they don't go live till 12:01 California time. This game requires an internet connection to play.

One of the reasons for requiring internet to play is if you play hardcore mode and die your character is dead forever. You won't be able to cheat because you are playing on their servers.

Can you only download the game client if you've pre-ordered the game and entered some sort of registration code?

When I try to download the game client on Battle.net; I only see options to download the WoW client.

Ugh I have a badass laptop thats pretty new but D3 doesnt support intel laptop video cards I dont wanna build/buy a pc just for one game. I will be jealously watching this thread

TOR was pretty shitty endgame. I'm hoping Blizzard did their homework with this one, I really want a new game to waste my time on.

I had about 4 characters and never got past around level 23 or so... so I never even got to the end of any of the individual class stories. Idk, it just got old grinding levels. Fetch quests and the like get old quick.

Factory video cards are pretty much always shit. That's the reason my laptop can't play most games.
