So confused. Starfire's d1, bf2 does not come out on PC. Somebody confirm it does on console?
It might just be that 9f is stupidly little for hit advantage. I mean people just poke me between d1 and 2 sometimes.

db3 is very unsafe and mbdb2 doesn't do much.
bf2,4 is optimal damage and puts you at optimal distance for a spark.
It can be meterburned to make safe if it gets blocked, too.

Yes it does work on console, although it can randomly whiff on hit so d1xx db3 is the preferred method.

I do it really fast by sliding the inputs from down to back forward. Think of it like a Cmd grab motion

Got it. D1 has 2 active frames so the input has to happen during that period.

I think it could use a slight change, to have 4 active frames and a cancel advantage of 12 up from 9.
