Counter to KL teleport

How is your teleport being countered? I've labing it, and so far standing 1 + dash into something is the best thing I found. I know you can duck high and throw attacks, but I was looking for something universal since otherwise is just a guessing game.

I hit that in a match one time im pretty sure.

You can always D2 as a reliable punish.

Walk forward, any attack might get blown up if he stays in the ground

Yea kl teleport isnt good, but does give him an option
