Question - Sub-Zero Corner/NotCorner differences in strings ?

Excuse my ignorance if my question is a proof towards it, but there's something i cannot comprehend on my own.

My question is simple,
How come B33->DF2 and 12->DF2 is a string when in corner, but not on the midscreen ?

What the reasoning behind this ?

There was a thing where b33 ice ball connected on women and not men. Are you doing it vs a women?

They can't stagger as far back so the ice ball reaches them sooner. However b33 iceball works on females midscreen...

Oh right, i haven't considered some time being lost from the stagger distance. Thanks for the clarification. About male/female models, i haven't experimented on that topic at all.
