Change short hops inputs to make it more consistent

I actually thought the input was Up~Down because I was doing it on demand after I switched to that. Maybe it is just up and doing down helps you "cancel" the jump. I don't think it will be an issue for you when you get the game.

Very cool mechanic by the way, making reads on pokes and being able to go for some overhead mixups is super fun

I saw someone on twiterr saying that the best way to get short hop consinstently was up down or double up. It worked pretty fine for me.
