@REDRUM Can you get 100% damage and record it for me. 17 reps should be around 80-90% or so. I don't think dropping something once out of 100 times means it's a just frame, but I think consistently taking off 100% or even 15+ reps shouldn't be a just frame.

Even though it's 28, Redrum barely barely barely barely plays this game. He was able to get 17 reps and he doesn't even play Batgirl. Imagine someone with the execution of @GGA pimpimjim or @TONY-T playing this.

It's pretty easy.
Kabal's 2 xx ndc was hard, I could never do it.
I just did this 10 times in my second try.
