After putting countless hours into Bartitsu I've found that the restand is more of a hindrance than anything else. That's why I didnt post 413U4, F11~DF1 combos. The problem is just about every character can D1 you after the restand because it's only about +5. You cant get ANY of your moves off fast enough. They just jab you out. If it was +9 like it's listed, it would be AMAZING. You'd get the restand and like an extra 6% on chip, plus the bar you gain.

The second part is S3~DB4. It's a tight window and not as reliable. I have darn good execution but I still occasionally dropped it, whereas S2~DB4 hits about 99.9% of the time. You lose 1% on your combos, but at least they never drop. The combos I posted with the same starters as you posted above do the same damage as yours if you use S3 instead of S2. I should probably put a blurb in the Bartitsu section about that.

That's the combo I have posted in the OP actually.

I think I drop S3~DB4 25% of the time. S3 is such a shit move. LOL.

Seriously, I really want some sort of justification for these nerfs. I just want to know why they thought it was neccessary, He is already really flawed. I heard a guy say that Paulo said that he was "a walking blender of death" but I have yet to see it. If he catches you yeah he is dangerous but you can poke out of almost everything he does.

He's still pretty dumb. I don't understand why ALL but one of his EX moves have armor.. the only one that doesn't low profiles highs and probably mid crushes. Meanwhile Bart's EX DB2 is a high that's unsafe on block and has no armor lol.

I honestly feel like there should be an EX-BF4, it should go full screen or close to it, and armor. That would make several not good MUs better. However, it would be nice if EX-DB2 had armor. Holy fuck BRC would be awesome. Blowing up gaps and a wake up that launches. Shit yes.

TBH honest Bo Rai Cho is good as hell in the corner it's his midscreen neutral game that makes it difficult to use him. Farts lead to more mixups and in corner he can easily armor break off of a fart and use meter to hit confirm into fart or restand into more pressure with EX DD4. Add in the crop duster and variational gimmicks and mixups and he can do some work, he just needs to get in, hopefully with some meter to spare.

I agree with calling him a walking blender of death, key word being walking. He's still bottom 5 for me though.

It would be nice if it was at least a mid. It's like this character was made to reward scrubby bad play like doing back-to-back pokes, mashing out of negative frames and not hit confirming.

It would be nice but the least of his problems. I would like a long reaching mid quicker than 18-20 frames or better mobility.

I think they might have found a vortex with the fartcloud. I was kicking it around in DM for a bit the other day. If you land your standard launch 12 fart combo you can drink, adjust the distance, then do 341(whiffing the 3) or 34dd33 for a double low or low overhead launch reset back into fart. I know its pretty weak as far as vortexes and stuff go but I feel like the tech is there I just dont have the mind to figure it out.
