How do you get the f4 to connect after b12u1 dash u3 dash?

i tried maining freddy months ago and could get the combo easily,now i can't do it for the life of me.

the dash after up+3 has to be an extremely short dash. If you feel you can not master this, you can also just do B1,2,u1 xx B2 xx F4,2,1. You literally have to press U3 the split second after you press dash.

So it's like a buffered dash into u3? Like sonya's njp into kiss bnb? Hmm, I get it now.
