From all but max range, you can always use EX Lift to punish.
From around jump or just outside of jump distance, you can punish with f21 because it is -21. But you have to let go of block as soon as you block it because f2 is 18f. You can always dash forward a bit and punish with 21.
Once you know it is -21 and you start learning the timing of when you recover, it becomes much easier to punish.
If he's too far away walk up grab isn't a good option. In that situation where you can't get a proper punish, I'll like to do something like f2~fake out so I'm at 0. Or get away so you can keep zoning
Walkup grab wont work max range, ill just blade charge again.
The best thing to do is f2 to at least keep them in check, but if you do it too much Baraka can backup after a blade charge, make you whiff and blade charge again.
if baraka is too close and the bc is blocked = F+2,1 happy birthday easily
if he's at midscreen or farther, F+2, F+3, B+3, and sometimes B+1 will reach him.
Just don't let him do it for free.
Something I don't think people know is that if you block a blade charge crouching you reduce the pushback significantly which allows for easier punish window.
