Best online classic mk play

If I'm correct there are several ways to play classic Mortal Kombat online (MKAK+gfwl , mame+kaillera, pj64+kaillera, psx+kaillera, mkak+ Xblive, mkak+ Psn, fightcade etc).

I'm a little bit lost on what the majority is using

Which option is currently the best way to play mostly lagless online classic matches (preferably on the PC with some casual players)?

Lagless is not possible, but on PC you have MAME Kaillera for arcade MK. Mupen Kaillera for N64, ePSXe for PS1, and MKAK Steam, there is also Fightcade UMK3 beta (sound does not work). Most people use MAME with Kaillera

I was hoping for FBA with fightcade, but I assume MK still isn't fully supported for online play...

I've heard that it runs online, but the sound does not work correctly yet
