Beautiful blood brutality: how to?

I got this brutality and I cant pull it off, it says red rain needs to be active and kill with b3-4, done that and nothing.
Any tips?

same here. maybe the time out of red rain is too quick?
was gonna try once i get an augment in to extend time of red rain.

Maybe the description is misleading. But since its supposed to use red rain which its not on tournament variations, means cant be pull off in ranked, I stopped caring

Really wish they let us use custom variations for Ranked.

The brutality is awesome, btw.

It is pretty badass, too bad its not tournament legal.
And btw, why did they not include "hold up' on the description? I felt like discovering something up in the 90s when I pulled this off, which was awesone on its own merit.

Unfortunately, the game is currently littered with incomplete/incorrect brutality descriptions.

This is something that needs to be fixed yesterday
