However....Batman has a really bad time against Hawk Girl. Or, I do.
He has NO answer for Mace Charge. MB B3, maybe. You can throw shit at her, but a smart and well trait-managed Hawk Girl will YOLO through that shit. Up close? Forget about it.

Regarding Hawkgirl, Batman's "Scatter Bombs" (down, back 2 in the air) beats Mace Charge. Go into practice mode to get the timing down pact.

I've found that back jumping in order to bait Mace Charge works wonders. Seeing as to how Batman can use "Scatter Bombs" at any time while in the air, you have plenty of time to land it.

Batman can shut down her air game easily. When you see her flying jump, release bats and ground grapple as soon you touch the ground, you'll get her.

The key to this matchup is keeping your distance, don't let her come close and, by all means, don't get push into the corner.
