You can get more damage by not using the stage interaction. J2> 113 > b3> j3 > b23 > Super is 52% by itself, I believe 54% with releasing bats after the b23.
Batman has combos that use 1 bar that get between 44% and 46% so unless this was a kill shot, its not really something you want to be doing often.
