I'd like to give these notes to aspiring Batgirl combo makers:

DO NOT INCLUDE J1/J2 AS A STARTER. Bread and butters usually don't come off a jump, and in this game, combos do nearly the same damage with or without the jump-in. Don't try to pad up your combo's numbers, it's easiest to see which one does better in its natural form, especially when other people aren't including J1/J2. J3 is okay, that's its own type of combo.

If your combo is impractical, say so.

Make sure your notation is precise; it doesn't matter if you use > or , to denote links and juggles, but make sure you use one. xx means cancel. If your combo is J2 > 22 xx DB2 > whatever, don't write it as J2 2 2 DB 2, it's confusing.

Here's a combo route in the corner:

f+212 > f+212 > f+212 > 2 xx DB2U (36%)
f+212 > f+21 > f+21 > f+212 xx DB2U (36%) - this seems to work better off of other juggles.

You might not be able to land this string after certain juggles, but I'm going to guess f+21 and f+212 are vital in her corner combos. I haven't found anything better.

End Combos in Smoke bomb MB and it looks like you can get a free 50-50 reset with either b1 (low) or b2 (overhead)...if you let them drop.

She has lots of potential and some swag combos.

She also has an 8 frame mid hitter...

Also using just the smokebomb after any finished normal combo will drop you in front of them making a good oki game set-up

- Seems like DB2 into follow-up is her best meterless ender.
- If you end a BF1 in J2 > 21, you get a free standing 50/50 like Killer Frost with b+1 and b+2. Comboing into this should be a priority if possible.
 
Wow, you can actually full combo after her jumping 3 if it crosses up.

Try j3, 1 d2 into bolo ~ stuff. Crossup has to be kind of deep, but it's a combo starting with 3.

Note. You can end any of Max's combos in b3 j.3 21> df2 MB to get an immediate 50-50 off the combo ending at 1% less damage.

Really simple on been playing around ,

B3, J3, DB2 = 27%

Can also swap out the DB2 for her super for about 42%

Can't really tell until she goes up against the whole cast. But, practical easy to pull off midscreen combos off safe lows/overheads. Faster projectiles than Batman. Anti zoning specific move and great wakeup. She's pretty good.

I know it's early, but what would you say tier she would be in?
From a rushdown perspective, she might be one of the best, judging from her high/lows and how she can end any string in BF3 (MB on reaction to it hitting) and it being +1 on block. Without playing a match, I plan on dropping Killer Frost and Wonder Woman for her at this point, though this could be like Lobo where his stuff looks good on paper (I thought he was very strong when I first tried him out) but has huge flaws in practice.

New to testyourmight, but loving the mixup pressure potential of Batgirl. Some combos that I messed around with are either with the b+12 or b+2, u+3 or d+3. from b+12: b+12, 12xxdb3MB, 11u23 ender or 11u2d1 ender. And after the 11u23 ender you can dd3 to get close to keep the pressure. From b2 u3: b2 u3 j.2 12df2MB, either 11bf3 or 2db2 d

Thanks. I hope she's not as bad as Lobo/Bane, even though both if played right can be good.

And the only way I found how to combo into air dd3 was from 11u2 which right there is I believe 18%. Can't MB if in a combo though :(
 
Looks like some strings just can't be special cancelled. The easy way to find out is to mash her trait. Any of the special cancelable strings are also trait cancelable. Sadly, b1~2 isn't.
