B2 into Sky Wakka

Anybody here totally mastered B2 into Sky Wakka in the real match could you guys give me some tips? I found the link is quite tight and inconsistent, the timing is different on block and on hit, and different in ranges too. I'm really confused about it. You guys have any "universal way" to make it work consistency?

I don't really play a lot of Fujin but usually it's easier to connect this particular input if you press Down Down Up rather than just Down Up. Same goes for similiar stuff like teleports or other stances

You have to wait until b2 connects, then press D-U. if you immediately press D-U after b2 it will never work.
