When you cancel something into ex sharpen on hit you can't really confirm into anything. Or at least I can't. I tried 21, F11, B14 and nothing. I tried every scenario. It just resets. Is Ex Sharpen even plus on hit and block. I put the dummy to jump after I cancel into ex sharpen on block and it seems like we can move at the same time. so maybe its 0 on block and hit? idk I'm just really confused about this buff. After seeing this, I'm kind of disappointed. Cutthroat Kano can do that. Why not kitana? NRS please. If I'm wrong please correct me (I want to be wrong lol)

Damn really? Like thats good. But i would also like it to be plus on hit so you can confirm it into a combo. Like isn't that the idea of canceling into a buff up move on hit.

You can 21, F11, B14 lift, then ex sharpen, then continue with F11 fan. Lift keeps them for quite long in the air. 43% damage for 1 bar.

She's at least +6 after 21 ex sharpen.

At first i was kinda bummed she couldn't combo into it (something like b14 ex sharpen f11), but I got over it quick. She does alot of chip when sharpen is active and she'll demolish anyone who makes a huge mistake.

Sharpen is gonna scare the opponent regardless so you'll open them up easily

Just a warning shapren during combos does scale but like 3% compared to if you shaprended first.

Yea I'd only recommend comboing into sharpen after 212 in the corner.

I don't like doing sharpen after b14 lift. If you're gonna spend a bar after b14, might as well do b14 ex fan

Yeah I know you can do those strings into ex sharpen. she definitely is more viable now. the problem is I wish you can combo off of ex sharpen on hit. kano can do it. so why not give it to kitana as well. If NRS would want to scale it then fine. as long as she gets at least 38% or 40. I would like the idea to combo after ex sharpen on hit so afterwards you can keep comboing until the buff runs out. I understand her core gameplay with the buff. I just have mixed feelings about it a little because its only plus on block.
