Any Chance in Mortal X?

Stryker wasn´t the MOST unplayed... and i saw a little more players latelly, but, was it enough?
Even as a huge fan (as all of you, i presume) of Stryker, i don´t think he will be there to arrest some blood gods, actor daughters, or even that crazy bee... but could be funny, seeing a police man trying to arrest those guys. Still, I think that i will be disappointed.

I'd love Stryker to be back, but like Jade, Sheeva, Kabal, Sindel and the other dead characters he is quite unlikely to show up as playable, but he might make a cameo as an undead servant of Quan Chi in the early part of the story.


Stryker is one of the only male characters I really get into in MK9 and he had the coolest counterzoning of any character I've ever seen. Gun cancels, roll toss and his redesign primary look were awesome, it's just unfortunate he didn't get the balance attention he needed like so many other MK9 characters. I still have a blast playing him in MK9 and I only to this day really play Stryker and Jade seriously going on three years .


I'm not getting too optimistic or excited unless he is confirmed, that way I cannot possibly be disappointed because I don't expect him or a lot of others.

Speaking of cops, I'd like to see a a character like Doctrine Dark or some character like HUNK from RE, to be on the villainous side of the game. With the tactical gear etc.

I haven't even touched Stryker since MK Trilogy. I don't think I played him once on MK9 except for his story mode chapter.

I hope Stryker is in MKX. I don't really see it happening though. It'd be nice to see some role reversals in MKX. like the under-rated characters getting more spotlight time. Reptile, specifically.

I found Stryker Mk9 design to be incredibly blind, as well as his moveset, even his slow strings didn't make much of a sense, and his design only got worse with the dash nerf, easely one of the crapiest redesigns ever in Mk9, i wouldn't keep my expectations high on him.

If only a small handful of characters are returning and Stryker is one of them, a lot of people (including myself) will be very unhappy.

Although, if they actually managed to make him a badass and fit in with the dark tone of this game, that would be pretty impressive.

Having said that, I'd say he's got about a 3% chance of making the cut.

Man... Kano was confirmed... now my hopes got a little high...
I think we need to help with his Styles.
1 - Jailer: Stryker is a specialist to make the oponent stay where they are. What means a style with a lot of resets, and some mid range (for safety) attacks to aproach and contain rebels.
2 - Checkpoint: Stryker will search for illegal things in anyone who stand in his way. He can make the enemy attacks weaker in this style, since he can take their weapons.
3 - 911 - Stryker got the call, and will stop any treat, from far away until the reinforcements arrive. A more zoning style, made to do little hand-to-hand job. This style got a bonus, if the time runs out, Stryker wins, because the reinforcement arrives.

what if a former partner from when Styker was a cop / police got his soul back by some Raiden magic from Quan Chi and had to train him to fight for MKx and now Stryker has Instant Gass air blast along with a no mad dash/ cancel on top of all his other moves. He even rocks the last outfit from mk9 ripped and has the Kabal coat.

Honestly I am all for him and many other older characters back in mkx. I just don't know if I want him before others, but I definitely want him back.
As per Idmb Sutherland may be a voice still if so # stryker confirmed?
