Sorry if this has been posted but I work midnights and miss a lot of stuff...

Off your b3 do f3 using only the first hit then wiff 1f2 and you get a cross up. If they tech roll you land right in front of them without the cross up.

I only got it consistently with cat dash, using bf1 then b3 was spotty.

Anyway you are looking at good damage plus a cross up.

That's good though. I get a 50/50 or a grab if they block. That's best case scenario to me. I think it just makes a,wake up move very hard to do.

Or you can just land the last F3 like on Chefs vid, and get unclashable mixups.

yeah I use 1f2 a lot as well. I just thought this was an interesting tool to use on occasion to cause, at worst, your opponent to be confused and maybe eat a throw or combo. I'm not saying this is a go to set up, but a gimmick that can be used sparingly to try and open the opponent up.
