Well I keep it held down in neutral or if I'm punishing unsafe moves with 1.

12U2, release trait, B3, DF3, 12 xx DB2. Most of his insane meterless damage comes from trait combo extensions. The patch was huge for him. Still lots to discover, this thread is good stuff.
