Midscreen it's OKAY but not on the level of in the corner. Also could you hear everything fine in the video ?

After playing elite I don't think he needs that buff anymore

They cheat 1 block frame so it's like they come out 1 frame fatter

if that was the case cassie could punish -5 frame moves like punch walk which she cant. if you reversal its ignores the 1frame to unblock crap it does not make a move come out a frame faster

Ever since they changed the frame data, that no longer holds true. Special moves, backdash and throw come out at the 1st frame while normals and the rest need to unblock for 1 frame
