It's because u disabled steam voice from the config.ini file. I know it's annoying to hear u'r opponent mashing, rageing, farting or whatever... but u need to have steam voice to "true" valor in that file. U can turn off mic from windows settings and kindly ask u'r friend/opponents to do aswell.

They work online. Just that u'r opponent must have the costume also in order to see it, if not he'll see the original one.

U need to locate the opions.ini file in MKKE folder from u'r appdata>>>roaming folder, and edit the resolution by changing the numbers between { }.

For those still having problems with bad fps after turning Vsync off, lowering the resolution to a non hd one is the solution. To do that u need to locate the MKKE folder: windows+r, type %appdata%, enter, and edit the options file. From the same file u turn steam voice off by switching "true"...
