You can't full combo punish a d3 cause they are still in a ducking state. If you don't press buttons after a d3 you wont get punished.

Block their poke and counter poke with a b312. You have to stagger your pressure so you can bait out the poke.

This is awesome but Rain still has a lot of holes in his offense. Anyone can armour between any of his round house pokes whether he lets it go or cancels it. He is really good if you are playing someone who doesn't know the match up but if they do... Good luck. Rain is in no way a bad character...
